title: Sharing what you make
description: Everything you make on Create is yours alone until you share it with your team, or with anyone through its link.

Everything you make on Create, whether a design, an image, a video or a campaign, starts out private: only you can see it. When it's ready, share it with your team, or make it public so anyone with its link can open it, even without an account.

## Who can see it

Each thing you make has one of three settings:

| Setting | Who sees it |
| --- | --- |
| **Only you** | You. Nobody else on the brand, Admins and Owners included, can open it or see it on the wall. |
| **Everyone at your brand** | Every member of the brand. Teammates who may make designs can also edit it. |
| **Anyone with the link** | Your team, and anyone you send its link to, signed in or not. |

Only the person who made something can change who sees it. Your teammates see the setting, but can't change it.

A campaign has one setting for all of its pieces, and an image or video has one for all of its versions. Sharing one piece of a campaign shares the whole campaign.

## Share something

:::steps
### Open it
Open the design, image, video or campaign from the Create wall.

### Select Share
**Share** is next to **Export** at the top of the page. Its icon shows the current setting: a lock for **Only you**, people for your team, a globe for anyone with the link.

### Choose who can access it
Pick **Everyone at your brand** or **Anyone with the link** from the dropdown. The change takes effect straight away.

### Copy the link
Select **Copy link**, or press ⌘L anywhere on the page. A small "Link copied" note appears.
:::

To take something back, choose **Only you** again. Its link then stops opening for anyone but you.

> [!TIP]
> ⌘L works anywhere on the page, without opening **Share**. On something only you can see, it opens **Share** instead, since there is no link to copy yet.

## The link

Each thing you make has one link, and it never changes. It is the same link whether the setting is your team or anyone, and it keeps working if you change the setting and change it back, so a link already sent in Slack or an email still points to the right place.

Who it opens for depends on the setting:

- **Members of the brand** go straight to it in Archetype, in the right brand, ready to edit.
- **Anyone else**, while it's set to **Anyone with the link**, sees a read-only page: the design, image, video or campaign, with a **Download** button. They don't need an account.
- **Anyone else**, while it's set to your team, is asked to sign in, and is told it isn't shared with them if they aren't on the team.

Downloads give the same files as **Export**: PNG, a ZIP of every frame, or the image or video as it was made. A campaign downloads as one ZIP of all its finished pieces. Search engines are asked not to index shared pages.

## The Create wall

The wall shows everything you can see: what you made, and what your teammates have shared. Things only you can see say **Only you**, with a small lock.

Use **Everyone** and **Mine** at the top right of the wall to switch between the whole wall and only what you made.

## Agents

A connected agent can share things you made too, but only when you ask it to. With `update_brand`, it can set who sees something, or get its link. See [MCP tools](/docs/agents/tools).

Designs and campaigns an agent makes for you start out private, like everything else. Designs made from Slack are shared with your team, since the channel has already seen them.

## When someone leaves

What someone kept private stays private when they leave the brand: nobody else can see it, Admins and Owners included. It isn't deleted, and if they rejoin the brand they see it again.
