Create and check
Campaigns
Describe a launch or a message once and get a whole set of designs, images and videos that share one idea, one line and one look, planned for your review before anything is made.
A campaign turns one request into a set of pieces that read as one thing: "Launch our spring range: four Instagram posts, a story, a banner and the email." Claude plans the idea, the line and the look the pieces share, you review the plan, and then every piece is made side by side from your brand.
Ask for a campaign
- 1
Switch the mode
On Create, open the first chip in the prompt box and pick Campaign. Where you may make images and video, tick what the pieces may be under it: Designs, Images and Videos (all three by default).
- 2
Describe it
Say what the campaign is for, who it speaks to, where it runs, and any facts it must carry, such as dates, prices or offers, in up to 6,000 characters. Type
@to point at brand items, including several templates. A campaign about a partner, an event or a product page can link to it: its words, logo and pictures are read in, as for a design.Every piece is about what your request is about. A campaign for a collaboration is planned around the collaboration, not your usual product messages. When the request doesn't say enough about it, the plan asks before anything is made.
- 3
Set the formats and the count
Channels you name ("for Instagram and Facebook", "the newsletter") count as picked and show on the format chip. Or open the chip and pick up to 48 formats, or whole platforms. With nothing picked or named, the plan chooses.
The pieces stepper sets how many, from 2 to 16 (6 by default). Counts in your words ("four posts and two photos") set the number and the mix until you change the stepper.
- 4
Send
Press the arrow. The campaign lands on the wall as a folder while it is planned.
The Brand chip works as it does for a design. With Generate photos when none fit on, the plan may ask for up to 2 new photos that every piece shares.
You need the Designs and checks permission. Images and videos as pieces also need permission to edit the Library, and generation switched on for your workspace.
Review the plan
Every campaign stops at its plan, which takes about a minute. Only the plan is charged when you send; nothing else is made or charged until you press Make all.
If you are still on Create with an empty prompt box when the plan lands, it opens in a drawer. Otherwise the campaign's folder on the wall says Plan ready with a Review button, and the bell tells you. You can change everything in the review.
The plan
The line is set in the campaign's headline style on the color it leads with. The idea sits beside it, and The look under them. Photos in this campaign shows the library photos every piece shares, the photo a single piece starts from, and any new photos the plan asked for, drawn as dashed briefs until they are made. Rewrite the look and your words replace the plan's colors and headline style.
The shot list
Each piece is a row: a dashed sketch at its real shape, its title and brief, what it is Made as (Design, Image or Video), its format, and about what it costs. A piece that starts from a template or a library photo names it under the brief. Press the x beside it to compose that piece from nothing instead.
Switch a piece to another kind and its brief is rewritten for the new maker, for 1 credit, since a designer's direction and a photographer's brief differ. A brief you typed yourself is never overwritten: the row offers Rewrite for the new kind instead.
Press Add piece to put a new row at the top of the list, or the x at the end of a row to remove it. A campaign holds up to 16 pieces, and up to 3 of them can be videos.
Before you make it
Where the plan had to assume something, such as a launch date nobody gave, it asks up to 3 questions. Answer them, and every piece is made with your answers, or leave them as the plan says.
Press Make all to make every piece; the button shows the total. Discard throws the campaign away.
The campaign page
Open the campaign's folder on the wall to see its page. It leads with a poster of the plan: the line, the idea and the lead photo, with the campaign's colors and type style under it and Read the whole look for the full plan. While pieces are made, it shows how many are ready. Each takes a few minutes, side by side, and a video can take longer.
Under the poster sit the pieces. A design opens as an ordinary Create design, to change in chat or by hand, export or save as a template. An image or a clip opens on Create too, and stays there until you press Save to assets. See Images and video.
In the header, Download all makes a zip of every finished piece: each frame of each design as a PNG, and each image and clip as its file. The … menu renames the campaign or deletes it with every piece in it.
Give feedback on the whole set
Once every piece is made, press Give feedback to change many pieces with one note of up to 1,200 characters, such as "Less beige, a bigger logo, and the same headline size on every piece." Every piece starts ticked; untick the ones the note isn't for, then press Remake, which shows the count and the cost.
Each piece is revised as it stands, so what already works stays. A design gets a revision you can undo on its own page, and an image or a clip gets a new version.
Add pieces later
Once every piece is made, Add piece opens a drawer with the same rows as the shot list, starting with one new piece in the campaign's first format. Give it a title and a brief, set its kind and format, add more with Add another, and press Make it (Make 2 for two, and so on). New pieces are made from the campaign's plan, so they match the ones you have.
From an agent
A connected agent can do the same with the create_campaign MCP tool, with the same permissions and the brand's credits. The campaign lands on your Create wall, and it still stops at the plan: the agent shows you the line and each piece and asks before it makes anything, or you open the link it gives you, edit the plan and press Make all there. Once the pieces are ready, it shows you a picture of each. See MCP tools for every argument.
